Fine Line Magazine was a publication dedicated to increasing the accessibility and visibility of contemporary fine art. It was an experiment in art appreciation and a measure of the times; a reformed approach to printed material that was both minimal and engaging.

Relying heavily on art’s inherent ability to communicate, Fine Line was our attempt to connect people and ideas from around the world. We operated under the simple idea that art’s impact on society and significance as a method of communication should not be overlooked. We offered ideas without definition, questions without answers, instead encouraging the audience to develop their own dialogue and relationship with the work.

Fine Line was an international fine arts magazine edited and produced by Jessica Steeber and Cassandra Smith out of Milwaukee, WI. It was published from Novemeber 2012 to March 2012, with a total of 5 issues. Smith and Steeber were also the owners behind the now closed Armoury Gallery, which exhibited nationally known artists from 2008 - 2009 in Milwaukee.
